Help with the website and preparation

Why can I not sign in or join?

Check the site's access notice first. A disabled sign-in control is not an error with your Discord account. Joining the community does not bypass access restrictions; do not give someone your credentials in exchange for a promised workaround.

A guide will not load

If the site says the guides are temporarily unavailable, wait a little and try opening the page again. Check whether another ordinary website opens on your connection. Repeated rapid refreshes are unlikely to help.

If a particular page is missing, return to the Wiki index and look for the article there. An old or mistyped link may not lead to an available article. Do not interpret a missing article as lost character progress.

If the problem continues, note the page address, approximate time and exact message before asking in community help. You do not need to disable browser protections or provide a password to report a reading problem.

Search shows no results

Try one short subject word, or choose “All articles” and browse the categories. Search uses guide titles, descriptions and category names; a phrase from the middle of an article may not find it. To search inside an open guide, use the browser's Find function.

For navigation and contents links, see Finding your way around the Wiki.

The language is not the one I wanted

Select Russian or English with the site's language control. If you opened a link someone shared, check the language shown on that page rather than assuming it matches the sender's preference.

The site remembers an explicit choice in that browser. A different browser or device may have another preference. Changing website language does not move a character to another world.

Which game or mod version should I use?

Read the version numbers in Preparing to join before downloading anything. The newest mod release is not automatically the right release for every realm. A guide for another server may use different requirements.

Follow the official release instructions instead of trying several unofficial installers. If a download or installer fails, record the selected release, the step and the displayed message. Share those details without including account data or unrelated files.

What should a useful help request contain?

  • A short title describing one problem.
  • The page or official release instruction you followed.
  • The action immediately before the problem.
  • The message you saw, and whether it happens again.
  • Your browser for a website issue, or game/mod versions for preparation.

An edited screenshot can help when words are unclear. Remove codes and private details first; account safety explains what to keep out of a public post. Keep follow-up answers in the same discussion so helpers can see what has already been tried.
